Fiberglassing

Two layers of fiberglass on the fin before installation:

Cross-section of the fin, two laminations of Mahogany with a Jatoba center core:

Wet out, 2400 ml of resin for the entire hull.
Using 50" wide cloth, buttending at the keel center line and on the transom, no overlaps of the cloth:

Using rubber squegee for the wet out:

Applying tape under the cloth to cut after the resin has kicked in to get an even transition:

No overlaps... buttending the cloth at the transom and sides:

First fillercoat, 310 ml of resin for the entire hull, applied with a roller:

Using sander on first fillercoat:

Second fillercoat applied... (210 ml.)... also with a roller:
