Using ruler for a convenient scarfing width approx. 1:5 joint
Laying the first panel and marking for the second
Scrap on top
Router bolted to a piece of MDF resting on bottom and top scrap plywood
Two layers of 9 oz. fiberglass tape on the inside of the panel between the chine and sheer
Bottom panels approx. 1:6 joint. Itīs better to cut only two panels at a time
